Privacy

Plain-English privacy basics.

This starter policy explains how the new website enquiry forms use personal information. It should be reviewed against the business’s full real-world practices.

Starter policy: review with an appropriate adviser and add the legal business identity and contact details before relying on this as a final policy.

Information the website collects

When you use an enquiry form, the site collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, project information and preferred time to talk.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you may need and arrange a conversation. Enquiry content is sent to the site’s configured administration email and is not stored as a lead record in WordPress.

Spam prevention

The form uses a security token, a hidden anti-spam field and a short rate limit. To operate the rate limit, the visitor’s IP address is converted into a one-way salted hash and retained temporarily for up to fifteen minutes. The raw address is not stored by this feature.

Sharing and retention

Details should only be shared with service providers or professional partners when needed to respond or deliver agreed work, and should be retained only for as long as there is a legitimate business or legal need.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements. Use the contact form to make a request.
