A simple monthly content plan you can actually maintain

Build content around repeatable customer questions instead of waiting for inspiration to arrive.

Give content a job

Before choosing formats, decide what content needs to change: awareness, trust, visits, enquiries, repeat purchases or understanding. One month can support more than one goal, but every post should have a reason to exist.

Use four dependable themes

  1. Help: answer a real customer question.
  2. Proof: show the product, process or result honestly.
  3. People: reveal the expertise and character behind the business.
  4. Prompt: give customers a timely reason to act.

Plan one useful thing each week

Week one might explain; week two might demonstrate; week three might tell a customer or maker story; week four might promote a specific offer. Adapt each strong idea into a short post, an email section, a story and a useful website update.

Capture while the work happens

Keep a shared note of questions, objections, decisions, new stock, before-and-after moments and useful details. Photograph real work in short batches. The best content system is usually a better observation habit.

Consistency is not posting every day. It is returning to a recognisable promise often enough to be remembered.

Review the signals that matter

Look beyond reach. Save the questions people ask, the pages they visit, the emails they reply to and the content that leads to conversations or sales. Use that evidence to plan the next month.
